Below are a few mocked up a designs for the 2013 tour shirt for comedian Ari Shaffiir. He like the idea so I gave him a few choices. Here are a few of the designs.

How do you make friends at work?

Make fun of their faces! I was commissioned to to 30 caricatures of a lot of unsuspecting victims of a conference at my work. The coworkers were really great sports about letting me make fun of their faces. Here are just a handful of some of my favorites!

ISCA 2009

The ISCA 2009 Convention has come and gone! If I may I would liken the overall feeling to that of a concert that has just let out. I am totally energized to make some new work, I have a ringing in my ear, Feeling sick from drinking too much, and I am left with some great memories.

I would like to thank all the friends I have made over this past year, and all the new friends I have made at this convention. Cheers!

YAW Workshop 2009 Intro to Digital

WEEK 5 PROJECT – Create a Magazine Cover : Create a magazine cover using references found in the Library. You can recreate an existing magazine cover or make a new magazine cover of your own.

Week 1 : Create an Flyer from a Vocabulary Word Assignment

WEEK 4 PROJECT – DIGITAL PAINTING : Using the Wacom Tablet in Photoshop the students will create and/or recreate a painting digitally. Painting any subject and orientation of their choice, students will lean the subtleties of the pen and brush tools on a wacom tablet.

WEEK 3 PROJECT – ADVERTISEMENT & MAGAZINE PAGE : Students will create an advertisement and spot illustration to apply in a magazine page. Through knowledge gained during the course students will use traditional and digital means to create a spot illustration that will accompany appropriate text found in a magazine page.

Dan Waldron - Art Monkey of the Month!

Dr. Sketchy's choose a sketch that I did at the last event Big Top Sketchy’s with The Olde City Sideshow. Check out this link to Dr. Sketchy's see all the work done on that day!  It was as usual an awesome show featuring Martin Ling, Danny Borneo, and Reggie Bugmuncher doing some sweet side show performances like sword swallowing, glass walking and other awesome horrors!

 

Then next session is on July 17th: Super Heroes VS. Super Villains featuring Revival Burlesque! Cheers to Nicola Black & Dr. Sketchy for picking me cause if you see the collection of artist there that night … Sheez I just feel honored! I’ll see you all on the 17^th!
